So you’re getting married! The first thing couples do is pick a date, and then find a venue. It’s much easier if your date is a little bit fluid, because there’s only one of each day in a year. It’s much easier to choose a venue if you’re not stuck hard and fast on a date. When it comes to venues, you’ve got a couple of choices. You can go with an à la cart venue, or you can choose an all inclusive wedding venue.
Why choose an all inclusive wedding venue? There is so much that goes into planning a wedding! if you’re just getting started, you’re looking around at venues. Chances are, you live in an area where the market is absolutely saturated with wedding venues. Just choosing a venue itself can be overwhelming. once you’ve got your venue, you need to find all of your vendors. However, with an all inclusive wedding venue, that part of the work is done.
an all inclusive wedding venue will book your date, and then you won’t have anything to worry about. You’re all inclusive wedding venue owner or manager will contact all of the vendors, and reserve the date with them. Then, you and your fiancé get to do the fun stuff! Go pick out your dress, go pick out your tuxedo, choose your colors, choose your theme! Work on your guest list, choose your menu, do your tasting, pick out your cake, do a cake tasting… All of the fun things you still get to do, but the drudgery has already been done. Here at Ballenger Bridge, we will schedule a two hour meeting, the caterer will be here so you can sample some menu choices, we will have cake samples, you’ll get to pick out your cake, will look over all of our decor and see what you like, if you would like to add extras we will talk about it then, it’s a really fun meeting!
there will still be things that you may need to do. Venues that don’t have a liquor license will require you to bring the alcohol, but an all inclusive wedding venue will most likely have someone on staff to bartend. Here at Ballinger Bridge, the only vendor you would need to find is your photographer. We feel that Photography is very personal, and you need to find a connection with your photographer. We will recommend a few, but we really want you to be comfortable with the person who is going to be memorializing your day.
