    What does an inclusive venue mean, exactly?
    With an inclusive venue, 80% of the planning is already done for you! At The Venue at Ballenger Bridge, our packages include tables, chairs, linens, catering, florals, DJ, bartending, cake/cupcakes, and month-of coordination. You may select your own officiant, photographer, and videographer, but we do have recommendations we can share.

    What if I want something beyond the inclusive package?
    You absolutely have the option to personalize the inclusive package. If you choose to do so, you will begin with the base package aligned with your guest count. Then you will work independently with the respective vendors, who will invoice you separately for the additions.

    When should I expect to hear from my Coordinator?
    You will receive a questionnaire from your Coordinator once you have a signed contract with the venue. Your Coordinator will reach out about 2 months before your wedding to schedule your 45-day out planning meeting. For this meeting, you should have completed the online questionnaire.

    To whom do I direct questions about pricing, the venue, the lodging, etc.?
    Jen Zordan, the owner of Ballenger Bridge, handles all inquiries related to the venue policies, rental, pricing and contract details. Your Coordinator will enter the discussion about 45 days out from your wedding and will handle the planning and logistics.

    What is the deadline for all decisions to be made, regarding setup, rentals, etc.?
    All decisions must be made no later than 10 business days out from the wedding. At that point, the event enters execution mode based on the final decisions made.

General Process for Weddings

Sign the venue at Ballenger Bridge contract with chosen package.

Sign contract for lodging, if applicable.

Navigate Ballenger’s CRM system for hints, due dates, forms, etc.

Introductory Zoom meeting with Coordinator.

Work on questionnaires.

Catering selections, cake flavor selections, floral color selections.

45-day out planning meeting, face-to-face, with Coordinator

Ideal to schedule catering menu tasting to occur at the same time. Coordinating questionnaire should be complete.

Two weeks out planning meeting, face-to-face, with Coordinator

Day-of Coordinator will also be in attendance. Day-of Contact will be point-of-contact for last

two weeks

Timeline and floorplan review

Floral, cake, DJ, photographer, officiant review please bring contracts to meeting

Review due dates for balance payments and handle accordingly
